Project Details
Because of its location along a less traveled street, consideration was made by the municipality to allow 7 private driveways from street onto property, allowing maximum residential density. As three-story townhomes with roof decks, overlooking views of the natural area were established through strategically placed deck openings and windows to capture the Rocky Mountain Front Range.
